No motor or pushpit/lifelines, unregistered trailer. Could be OK but the distance from large city counts against the price. However, local Roads and maritime trailer rego offices might be easier to get to if you have the time to travel. $4k is not an unreasonable price if it is in good condition- but how to tell without a drive there....
