John Crawford Marine is advertising a 1992 Investigator for $10K.
The build date is a bit optimistic, but the boat has the holy trinity of a good outboard, good sails, and good trailer. I don't think I've seen this (NSW) boat before. (Does anyone recognise it?) It's one of the later builds and is runner up for the world's biggest cleat contest.

The trailer looks good, (still working on Terias!) See that they have a longer run of the draw bar to the first frame/hinge than my old trailer - my new trailer is similar to the one in photo for this feature..could be on the right track..
