Zephyr

Hi all just picked Zephyr up from Gumtree.
Took it for a putt around on Lake Tuggerah for a few days to check for leaks etc, all is sound other than it needing some minor hull repairs for cracking and pitting, repaint and replacing all the inadequate screws installed by previous owners.
Looking forward to discussing restoration and adventures with you all.
The boat is named Zephyr NSW reg AAA206N if anyone has any history they can provide. The guy I got it from bought from a boat agent to restore but says he never took it out or had time to restore much but had it sitting around for ages, when I asked how long he just said too long, thanks for that insightful
Anyway prior to that apparently was bought by the boat agent from a deceased estate.
Im a 40 year old male work in IT live in Canberra last 25 years born in Hobart. Big fan of AFL and Carlton Blues this vessel will be painted and renamed accordingly.
