World's biggest cleat

This Tasmanian Investigator is for sale on Gumtree. Check out the cleat on the foredeck. Anyone recognise this boat?
I talked to the owner today regarding the boat. He is "Flip", a member of the forum.
The boat is number 97 and is called Avna. Flip has just finished refurbishing it, but is selling it has he thinks two boats (he has a larger yacht) is a bit much. The boat is in good condition as can be seen in the photos. He will try to post a few more photos on the forum if he can convince his phone to upload them.
The previous owner had the boat for 17 years and claims that the giant cleat was there when he bought it.
