This was widely reported on caravan/motorhome sites my wife is on too.

So far the blitz has been in QLD but governments are moving on this everywhere I’d say . If your towing your 563 with a smaller vehicle it could well affect you. …just sayin’.

Just an update on something I mentioned earlier. On some of my recent travels I chatted to a young couple towing their 19 ft van with an immaculate Landcruiser dual cab. This thing was a work of art. Military grade wheels with two of the same mounted behind the cab rear window. I asked him the weight of them ….just under 50 kg each.. ouch. Apparently even the young fit looking owner said it was a bit of a struggle to get them into the high truck bed if changing tyres, not to mention he had another 150 kg in weight just in extra wheel size and spare.
