What to consider for new sails?

As you may know, I'm about to order new sails, a once in a decade experience, and I was wondering if I should consider adopting anything different from the original design. For instance...

• Should I consider a fully battened main or some other modern adaptation?
• I've got quotes for Dacron 'cruising strength' sails - should I consider some other type of material?
• Given I keep the boat in Mast-up storage beside Lake Burley Griffin, should I consider lazy Jacks and a Boom bag?
• When quoting, most sail lofts encourage me to consider one deep Reef rather than the original two reefing points. Whats the pros and cons?

Thanks to previous assistance from forum members I've been able to decide to go with a loose footed main (I like the options it gives).

If you had the opportunity to replace your sails, what options would be on your shopping list?

my sail wardrobe
new main +old.
new jib + old.
old storm jib in good condition.
small storm jib ok.
asymmetrical spinnaker near to death.
my $1.00 E-Bay Genoa sail rusty. ugly. but fly good.

best get a new spinnaker next

As for you Sean,most of it is up to you mate.
i do like full batten main as i hate the flapping when getting the sail down.
