I think its a little overpriced - I was cruising around the other day and saw in in the brokers back yard - same broker i bought Aminee from, been considering asking him if I could have a look.
A surplus of yachts down this way at the moment as the Marina is being rebuilt and raising prices so many of the older and smaller yachts going for a song.
