Its been like this for weeks, a bit frustrating really as you search for a breeze, in the next couple of months from memory the winds will pick up and of course in spring it all changes but the winter in the bay is magic, this is my second winter here, and I love telling people in Canberra that I can get a tan on the water in winter, true.
