Looks fine for the money. Anyone know the boat. WA build without cb so would have the reduced sail size I guess. Nice contrast with the cream deck and white hull with red toe rail. Toe rail looks interesting, can’t tell if it’s painted timber or what but seems too high for timber and has drain holes in it I think. Anyway $4000 with 2.5 hp Zuk donk.

Interesting. Looks to me like the boom is mounted higher up the mast making the main smaller as you said Ozzie. Note the winch position. Looks to me to be timber replacement toe rails made a bit wider and higher than what we are used to seeing. Interesting rudder, looks like it's locked in the down position by the inserting of the tiller. No pushpitt, staunchans or lifelines and no front hatch. Amazing the differences in lots of boats of the same make / design

I've only come across four of the WA designed Investigators. This one makes five. I asked the seller (Gavin) for more details but he said that the boat has no name and that there is no number on the sail even though it looks original and has the Investigator logo on it. I haven't sail numbers for any of these WA designs, so maybe they were sold without numbers.
