Anyone else got one of these? Guessing it’s for attaching to over hanging parts while towing.

I have one on a stick. I assumed it was for class identification when racing back in the day?

Yep just the class burgee, I have one, it’s a little ragged on the trailing edge, but I stick it on the backstay when I think of it. In NSW I think an overhang on the trailer has to be red.
