New Rigging recommendations

Post by Mark »

All

I think its time to replace the majority if not all my rigging, I notice to dodgy spots on the fore and backstays that make me uncomfortable.

Any recommendations as to whom can do these for the I563 and indicative costs. My understanding is that the rigging can be made up and shipped and we install.

Any comments, feedback or recommendations appreciated.

Many thanks for the kind offer I'll keep it in mind should issues arise.

I used Tempo Spars in Brookvale, but that was nearly 10 years ago. I think most riggers will give you a price if you give them the lengths and diameters of the wire (Pin to Pin). When you actually order you send them your old rigging and they make up to the exact length. Important to mark the positions of the rigging screws before you send away. Usually the rigging screws are replaced at the same time, but specialists like Tempo will advise you. Need to get a price for them before sending your order.
