Investigator 563 mould ready to finish off (Gumtree ad)

Hi all,

Found this while trawling on Gumtree.
It sounds like a 563 hull, deck and mouldings and reads as if it's an unfinished project?
More importantly, it reads like either a refurbishment but as hull, deck and mouldings or an avtual new hull, deck and mouldings?

I'm not interested in another project but it sounds interesting.
