Due to ill health I'm forced to sell my Investigator 563 # 152 'Jolly Roger'.
I've owned this boat since 1999 and sailed it for 6years. For the last 10 years it has been stored on the trailer, covered, in a holding yard.
I was in the process of restoring it when I contracted pneumonia and the project has just become too much for me.
The hull is sound. All wooden floor parts have been removed (and stored) so that the hull/bilge can be inspected .
The wooden gunwales have been removed and will need replacing. I have new timber for one side.
Unfortunately the trailer, though registered, is not roadworthy. The back-half has rusted sections that will need replacing. The whole boat/trailer would need to be transported on a tilt tray truck.
Includes:
-Mainsail, furling jib, storm jib, all in good condition
-Yamaha 4hp, 4 stroke outboard 1999 model in excellent condition.
-Upholstery in good condition
