I had done a disk in my back about a month before i went last time and i think i went out to soon so now i am back to square one and now am biting at the bit to go out again. Had so much fun last time i went out sailed near Fraser Island we have got good sailing conditions up here i wish there was some on else with a investigator 563 up here to sail against.
