That’s another possibility Ian. Although it seemed dry around the washboards and step after the last downpour. I will douse the top hatch with a hose and check again

Giving up as it’s still filling with rain water so simple solution is throwing a tarp over the boat.
Thanks for your input and I will post here if I discover the leak.

I have just logged in after many months absence. I saw your post. I had the same annoying problem and it turned out to be the aft port locker floor had small cracks on the floor allowing rain water to drain into the bilge. A few litres of water dyed with a few grains of Condies crystals will soon tell you if it is the culprit. Mine was easily fixed.

I’ll take the tarp off and give that a go. Expecting rain next week.
