mast head fitting
hi does anybody know where i could get a new masthead fitting. looks like i have the standard mast profile. its made of cast aluminium. found a crack where the main halyard pulley wheel is situated. Am in sydney. cheers rob

hi all need some advise am re rigging my yacht and wondering if stainless 316 -7 x7 3.0mm would be suffice for the standing rigging. has anyone re rigged with this gauge of wire. the main reason being a lot easier to work with cheers rob

thanks guys for the info.i already have a mooring on port hacking. i know i will use the boat more if its in the water . the 563 design with the shallow draft should be ideal as the channels are pretty shallow . and to be realistic i know i will most days be sailing alone. cheers rob

hi whats the best way to take out the centreboard. I have sourced out a blog where the boat is taken off the trailer and rolled on its side to get to the centreboard. Is that the normal or easiest way.I could do with some info from someone with experience in this process . would appreciate any info ...

hi might be a dumb question but do the 563s have keel bolts i have been cleaning out the bilge and noticed 4 rusted prob 12mm bolts coming up from the keel. can some one answer this riddle . cheers rob.

hi i am new to this forum. i am looking to leave my boat on a swing mooring what i would like to know if there are any issues with this in particular the centreboard fouling up with barnacles.
